My journey into coaching began with a deep desire to help women who were carrying the pain of betrayal, trauma, and broken relationships—often quietly and without a safe place to process what they were experiencing.
As a life and trauma-informed coach, I began walking alongside women as they learned to understand their trauma responses, recognize the beliefs and patterns formed through pain, rebuild healthy boundaries, and rediscover their identity and voice. I saw again and again that women needed more than information. They needed safe relationships, practical tools, biblical truth, and a community where healing could happen without judgment.
That need became the heart behind Freedom Culture Ministry.
What began through coaching grew into a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry so that healing support would not be limited to women who could afford private services. Freedom Culture Ministry provides coaching, healing groups, discipleship, retreats, curriculum, and practical resources designed to help women move from survival toward wholeness and lasting freedom.
My heart is to create safe spaces where women can bring what has been hidden into the light, renew their minds with truth, reclaim who God created them to be, and build healthier lives and relationships for themselves and the generations that follow.
Freedom Culture Ministry is committed to keeping that support accessible. Participants pay only for curriculum and private 1-on-1 coaching, and when even that creates a hardship, ministry donations can help cover the cost. Through the generosity of others, we can continue creating places where finances do not stand in the way of healing, hope, and freedom.
